Greg Chambers is a seasoned professional with nearly 15 years of experience in power and renewable energy. As the Chief Development Officer, he specializes in rate analysis, site selection, interconnection procedures, utility bill reconciliation, and renewable energy product knowledge. Greg has personally managed over 235 large-scale solar installations from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and long-term operational success. Today he leads Coldwell Energy’s nationwide customer experience, sales, and marketing teams.

Sean Hood has pioneered new market development for Coldwell Energy as the President since 2010, cultivating strategic relationships among commercial, industrial, and agribusiness customers. His ability to create opportunities has led the business into new frontiers, building a multi-megawatt pipeline and long-term customer relationships. Sean has shaped the company’s direction, optimized operations, and focused resources on large-scale projects. He has played a significant role in key development projects, including PG&E’s ESR-G 1.5MW AC FIT and various 500kW to 1MW NEM installations.
